And in en banc news, the D.C. Circuit will not reconsider its decision previously covered that Steve Bannon is contemptible (as in legal contempt and subject to sanctions for contempt of Congress—we avoid politics here on fd.org). Three judges think there are separation of powers issues worth reviewing, but the majority wasn’t moved.
