In light of the ongoing pandemic, the Southern District of Indiana have now suspended all in-person jury trials until at least April 5, 2021, according to the court's general order.
The court earlier had suspended in-person jury trials in all divisions of the Southern District of Indiana until March 1. See previous coverage here.
