NAPD Fieldwork Best Practices & COVID-19 Recommendations

A group of investigators, social workers and mitigation specialists convened by the National Association for Public Defense produced a report (available here) outlining some recommendations for those gradually returning to fieldwork in the era of COVID-19. Some of the recommendations may provide ideas on how offices navigate a return to fieldwork that minimizes the risk of contracting and transmitting COVID-19 while providing high quality, client-centered representation and advocacy.
