North Dakota federal courts are moving some trials back because of COVID-19 concerns (article available here). The Chief District Judge for the District of North Dakota signed an order to suspend all federal jury trials scheduled to start between October 27 and November 30. The order suspended deadlines for criminal cases, but not for civil cases.
