Supreme Court Remains Closed To Public for March Arguments

The Supreme Court will continue to hear oral arguments in front of a limited audience in March, as much of the country lifts COVID restrictions, the court announced Friday.

“Out of concern for the health and safety of the public and Supreme Court employees, the Courtroom session will not be open to the public.”

The court will continue to live-stream arguments.
