Training Division Hotline Spotlighted For Providing Equal Justice

In an article titled Providing Equal Justice Through Training¸ the United States Courts’ judiciary news spotlights the Training Division’s Hotline and other efforts to further the right to effective assistance of counsel by providing training programs, webinars, and other resources to attorneys appointed under the Criminal Justice Act.  The Hotline is staffed by criminal defense practitioners who are experienced in federal trial and appellate litigation.
